Scope of Service
TalkMio is a social communication platform offering live voice rooms, text chat, friending, invitations, notifications, and moderation features.
Some features of the service may be in the testing phase. TalkMio may modify, suspend, or remove features for technical improvement or security reasons.
Account and Security
The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information and account security. It is forbidden to transact with account information belonging to another person.
Suspicious access, abuse, or security breaches must be reported to the support team.
Community Guidelines
Fraud, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual abuse, behaviors violating child safety, personal data disclosure, and illegal activities are prohibited.
The use of slang or harsh language may not constitute a violation on its own; however, moderation action may be taken if it involves targeting, harassment, or poses a security risk.
Moderation Authority
TalkMio reserves the right to review reports, restrict messaging or speaking privileges, remove users from rooms, or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts.
Moderation decisions are applied to ensure community safety, service integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Limitation of Liability
The user is responsible for the rooms, messages, profiles, and audio content they create.
TalkMio makes reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted and error-free service; however, it does not accept unlimited liability for disruptions arising from technical outages, maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
Updates to the Terms
These terms may be updated according to changes in the service. Significant changes may be announced via the application or website.
A user who continues to use the service is deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
